As we’re sure you are aware, we are living through an unprecedented event. The global pandemic of Covid-19 is making life very uncertain, but what hasn’t altered is our commitment to you. At Changes Plastic Surgery & Spa, our patient’s safety has always been and will remain to be our priority. While Covid-19 may be impacting on our day to day business operations for the time being, we are still available for virtual consultations.

What is a virtual consultation?

A virtual consultation is exactly what its name suggests – a consultation between you and our expert cosmetic surgery team from the comfort and safety of your home. Virtual consultations are not something new to us. For many years we have been using virtual consultations to enable patients near and far to access our services without making multiple trips to our office. This extensive experience in providing consultations in this way gives us an edge in providing highly accurate and personalized consultations with our patients

We will schedule a telephone and potentially video consultation with you, where our patient coordinator will ask you pertinent questions about your health and wellbeing, and your motivations for the surgery, as part of the consultation process. We may ask you provide supplemental photos for part of our assessment. This will enable us to make an accurate decision about your surgery. The telephone consultation will also allow us to explain more about what you can expect from the surgery and answer any questions that you have, before you choose to go ahead.
